18-Question POSH Compliance Check

The POSH Compliance
Diagnostic.

Built with practitioners and HR leaders who handle this every day, these eighteen questions are drawn from the real situations workplaces face under the POSH Act, 2013 — your Internal Committee, policy, awareness, complaints, inquiries, confidentiality, reporting and culture. No judgment, no gimmicks — just honest questions about how things actually work at your organisation. Answer them, and the moment you submit you'll get a clear, personalised summary of where you stand and exactly what to strengthen next.
